In March of 2004 we applied to finance a computer with this company and was approved. We paid the $99 downpayment and immediately the company said we needed 30 percent more because credit changed (the company repeatedly checks your credit causing score to drop - this is documented in BBB of Atlanta reports online and they were revoked from BBB in Dec. 2004). We immediately cancelled and requested rebate of $99 which we did not get back. We had no further contact or business with them.
NOW November 2006 (nearly 3 years later) they fraudulently took $99 from our checking account using old info. We have disputed with the bank (we will get the money back) and filed a complaint with the FTC but the company will not answer voicemails or emails regarding the fraudulent withdrawal. Use extreme caution with dealing with this company.
