PDL Assistance, Inc. Rocky Mountain Trust, Global Client Solutions Over One Year, $2,000 later and PDL IS NO ASSISTANCE Mobile, Alabama

It has been over 15 months since I enrolled with PDL, and I've given them over $2400 to consolidate my loans.   There is now only $1,000 plus in my account with "Rocky Mountain Trust" and "Global Client Solutions" because the monthly fees keep eating at the balance forever, presumably until it is gone.   They have NOT SETTLED WITH ONE creditor.   When you call each month to ask why nothing has been settled, they get less and less accomodating.   At first they say "Oh, we'll re-fax those papers."  Now they just say "We told you up front these companies might not settle.  You signed that contract."   ALL THE CREDITORS STILL CALL, AND THEY ALL SAY THEY HAVE NEVER SETTLED WITH PDL FOR ANY REASON. So, get yourself out of the payday loan trap by closing your checking, making arrangements with creditors, and saving thousands of dollars to SCAM ARTISTS PDL ASSISTANCE.   I hope the State of Alambama puts everyone who works for this racket in jail under state and federal corruption statutes.
