Peak Life Deceptive, unethical, advertising. Pay for a free sample and than 18 days later charge your credit card for 30 day supply. Internet

 Peaklife has a product called Sommapure for sleep.  They advertise all nautral ingredients and just how wonder a product it is.  They even offer you a 25 day free sample for only a small shipping charge.  This is how they get your credit card number.

Low and behold a couple weeks later, your credit card is charge for a full month supply even though you did not order it.

Called and talked with two customer service reps and both say cannot refund full amount back as I would have to pay for the shipping on the month's supply sent out and then pay for the shipping to send the product back.  That would be a total of

$10.00.  The first C.S. rep was a man whose name I couldn't even pronounce and he was very rude and not helpful.

I called back and spoke with Sarah Chewchuk who was more pleasant, but she basically stated the same nonsense.  Advised them this was nothing but a scam and I would be filing a dispute with my bank and would also be adding my negative report to Ripoffs already several reports on this company.

Also advised Sarah that she find another job with a company that doesn't use fraudulent tactics to make money.
