Are you an aircraft mechanic and looking for work? Do you like to get paid for your services? Well then do not come to Pemco. This company, by far, is one of the lousiest MRO businesses out there.

From massive micro management to sacraficing safety to save money I guarantee there will be a corpse in that hangar within 2 years.

The management is lousy. Human resources treats you like a piece of garbage. Payroll cannot get a paycheck correct. The parts department has none of the parts you need and they expect you to "jerry-rig" anything you can on an aiplane so that they can save money. They hide numerous issues from the FAA and wouldn't survive 5 minutes with OSHA.

The only good thng about this company is the benefits. But that is only because their home base in Dothan, AL has the union up there. Their "paid time off" program is pretty good as well but they cannot keep track of it.
