Pen Impressions Run around, false advertising of Rush Orders Davie Florida

On 11-20-03 I placed an order with Pen Impressions for 500 personalized pens and a couple dozen personalized pencils. The order was marked as a rush order because I needed it by Christmas. I received the pencils in a timely manor; however the pens were another story.

On 12-14-03 I still had not received my pens so I emailed to check on the order, they stated there was a problem with the art work but had failed to tell me this. I paid them extra money to get my art work redrawn, I was told this would only take a day or two and the pens would be shipped within a week.

No pens showed up after two weeks. It was now past Christmas. I emailed and called on the phone and got a response that they would check on my order first thing in the morning. I did not hear back but after calling several times and emailing I was told my order was shipped.

When the order did not come I called again. I was told the package was returned to them because it was damaged and they were doing the order over again. It was to go out the next day. Waited 2 weeks, no pens arrived.

Called them, as you would have it the same thing supposedly happened once again. The order was shipped, damaged and sent back to them. They claimed once again that my order was being redone AGAIN and it would go out within the next couple of days.

I waited another week and still no pens. I called again. Was told their power had been out and that they were working on the order and it would be shipped the next day.

Waited a week, no pens, called again they said the order was shipped waited a week. Still no pens.

I was getting the run around. I did finally receive my rush order of pens mid April of 2004. My rush order of pens took over 4 months to get here. I would not recommend using this company for any rush orders!
