Pentair Pentair - Product failures no support Moorpark California

I purchased the Pentair variable speed motor and pump with electronic control. The motor mounting area to pump failed due to crumbling of the aluminum at the mounting post. Pentair replaced the pump and said nothing as to why the mounting area was failing so quickly. They replaced the motor October 2017 under warranty. June 2018 the replaced motor failed at the exact same mounting post. Pentair will not respond to my request for assistance and have said the motor is out of warranty even though it only lasted almost eight months. They are now avoiding me and will not respond to my emails. You can see the pump mount area coming apart on the October 2017 photo and the replacement pump mount area failing in the June 2018 photo attached. I have two other motors % pumps installed next to the Pentair pump & motor that are over 6 years old with no signs of any failures. I am sad that Pentair will not stand behind their products that fail so quickly. Reason of review: Bad quality. Monetary Loss: $1000. Preferred solution: Please replace the pump that has failed twice in such a short time.
