Perennial Care I called MS Insurance Hotline for coverage as I will be losing my job and cannot afford COBRA, was told things that sounded too good to be true, was able to go online during the time I was coversing with the reps at Perennial Care. I want to change how I am billed and tried to go back online but could not find them. This seems very strange to me and when I searched for Perennial Care, I was directed to this website. They have charged me over $400.00 dollars for single coveage that now looks like NO coverage. Syosset New York

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Perennial Care to cancel this coverage.  Since I am paid for February, I will have to completely pay off the credi card used for Perennial Care and cancel that card.

 Unified Caring Association (UCA) is dedicated to total client satisfaction and we deeply regret that you do not feel that you received the appropriate service.  Feeling good about what you purchased is our highest priority and we apologize that this has not been achieved.  We strive to exceed expectations with our customers.  As a policy and in practice, The UCA is committed to addressing and resolving all issues.

 For your understanding, association memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings benefits including both insurance and non-insurance benefits. Members are emailed a fulfillment email outlining the log on process to view their membership materials immediately upon joining the association. Our customer service information is available on all our materials such as the welcome letter, your membership card and your email fulfillment. Our contact number is below. Please call us so that we may help you with your cancellation and possible refund.

 Once again, we are disappointed that you were not content with the membership benefits that you purchased. Please contact customer service at (855)556-5053, so that we can assist you in this matter and hopefully find the perfect solution.
