Perennial Care I called MS Insurance Hotline for coverage as I will be losing my job and cannot afford COBRA, was told things that sounded too good to be true, was able to go online during the time I was coversing with the reps at Perennial Care. I want to change how I am billed and tried to go back online but could not find them. This seems very strange to me and when I searched for Perennial Care, I was directed to this website. They have charged me over $400.00 dollars for single coveage that now looks like NO coverage. Syosset New York

Members are emailed a fulfillment email outlining the log on process to view their membership materials immediately upon joining the association.
