Perennial Care UCA, US Dental Access DenteMax, Wellnes Plan I was signed up by an insurance broker and was told I had a "New" insurance policy that was "Identical" to my existing Anthem BlueCross + Dental + Vision insurance. Not So Syosset New York

Health care plan that I was singed up for was in no way identical to the Anthem Blue Cross + Dental + Vision healthcare plan I had. 

When challenged they just say no this is NOT HEALTH CARE.  I was signed up thru a broker and they will not confirm who the broker was.  They claim this is emergancy health insurance. 

Don't allow ANY broker to sign you up for this level of "Health Care"
