Perfect Skin Serums Missleading return policy St. Petersburg Florida

Ordered online the wrong product.  It was ordered 8/3, per the packing slip.  I was out of town when the products were received.  Upon opening the box I realize it was an incorrect product.  on 8/21 I called and requested a full refund and close the account to future shipments.  On 8/22 I shipped the product totally intact to the address given. But I was only give a 20% curtesy refund or a bill of $192.23.  When I questioned the amount refunded I was told that they count 5 days for shipping and 10 for the trial which equals their 15 day FREE trial.  Do not fall for this convoluded advertisement.  I would never trust them to do business with.
