I recently ordered what I was told was a sample of a skin cream and eye serum. I paid only $4.95 shipping to receive the samples. After receiving the product, I sent two emails to them requesting that future shipments and charges be cancelled. I never received a response and instead, to my surprise, my bank account was cleaned out with a $176 charge to my card for the products. When I ordered these samples, nowhere did it say that this was a 15 day trial and that I would be charged for these samples. I sent the emails because I figured that they would attempt to send future shipments, so I wanted to get ahead in the game and make sure I would not be billed any further. I called and spoke with a representative that told me that I could not email a request but needed to call. I received the product with a shipping label stating, “If you have any issues or concerns feel free to call 888-211-3686 or email us at customer service@agelessyouthsetums.com”. So I emailed requesting no future shipments or charges. I then requested again over the phone to cancel and to credit the $176 back to my bank account. They cancelled the so-called account but my request for a refund was denied stating that because I didn’t notify them within the 15-day trial period that the charge stands. I offered to send the product back for refund, again, denied. She further stated that if I reported this to my bank that I would then be guilty of fraud since they had me recorded over the phone. Scams like this need to be dealt with and stopped.

We’re sorry that you had such a negative experience. We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service.  While we want to help every customer, we clearly state on all websites what the Terms and Conditions of the product offer are, along with a check box where the customer agrees to the terms. All customers must contact customer care at least one day prior of their Trial end date to avoid future charges and shipments.

For the customer’s protection, email customer service agents are not allowed access to customer’s financial information. You had been advised of this on 10/30/17.

You have been cancelled from any future billing or product shipment. As a courtesy a 20% refund has been issued.
