Personnel Concepts Compliance Service Bait and switch-ordered and paid for "required" product and then told I need to pay more to get what is "really required". Customer service person extremely rude. Ontario Nationwide

Recieved solitication via mail that businesses are required to post  current/updated State and Federal labor law poster.  Placed order for 1 poster for $19.95 plus postage.  About 1 week later, a rep from the company calls and asks for some more detailed contact information and then proceeds to tell me that the poster was inadequated and that they would like to enroll me in a program of another $200 plus.  I said I was not interested and they the rep told me that I needed 3 more posters and that she could provide them for around $75.00 which she claimed to personally reduce for me although it was against company policy.   I told her I was confused as the initial advertisment indicated that the poster I ordered would keep  me in compliance with government requirements and that this sounded like a bait and switch.  After some agurguing back and forth, I requested that my intital order be cancelled.
