I purchased a 7 day trial to the Rapid Offer Generator by Duncan Wierman, and had trouble from the beginning. It is supposed to be a seamless way to submit hundreds of offers on properties daily using this software, but I never got to try it. I am pretty tech savvy, and he claims it could be set up in 9 minutes. I logged into the online software and saw a screen with what appeared to be items that were part of the system, REO lead search, offer generator, and many others. When i clicked on any of them it took me to a tutorial, not the actual place to do a task. You are supposed to be able to search for REO homes, upload contracts and a data base of properties, etc I sent a support ticket over twice because I was having issues, and they cancelled my subscription! Apparantly they don't want anyone to ask questions or need help. A few of the things that are supposed to be included in the software are not free, so beware. There may be better systems out there, but this one stinks!

Dear Ms Ledogar

You had a $ 1 trial. The trial membership does not give you 100% access to every feature functionality of the software.

The Online Lead Finder was a bonus that gives you 25 free leads a day. The full version is sell separately for $497. This is very clearly stated within the terms and conditions.

You were refunded your one dollar. You suffered NO financial loss.

You claim to be tech savvy, yet you did not watch the training videos and hence could not understand the software process. You demanded we call you to sort it out. We do not provide telephone support for a $1 dollar trial. The software is only 69 anyway. If it did not fit your needs, or knowledge level, then you can cancel without risk.

The software works 100%. I don't know why you think that you don't need to learn how to best use the system.

We cut off your trial for being obnoxious, rude and demanding in your support tickets. There was no need post negative comments on our Youtube advertising because we could not answer your support tickets within your 10 minute time response you demand. Support tickets are always responded to within 8 hours. Your "entitlement" attitude of a trial offer was ridiculous. Hence we cancelled your account and we do not want to have you as a customer.

I would suggest other companies to be aware of
