PHH Mortgage is the worst home mortage loan company around. They lose paperwork, ruin your credit score, have awful customer service and create a home loan nightmare. They take no accountability for destroying your life and worst of all they don't return your calls. After months of trying to solve the missing paperwork, the home loan disaster is no where near being resolved. PHH Mortgage gives new meaning to poor quality home loan financing. PHH Mortgage is one of the worst mismanaged home mortgage companies I have ever encountered. Outsourcing to india has proven to make customer service a complete disaster.
