PHH MORTGAGE CENTURY 21 MORTGAGE RIP-OFF, LIARS, SHADY, RUDE MT LAUREL, New Jersey

Started a loan modification on 9-11-08.  Still in the process with NO final answers.  You call to a call center, can never speak to the same person.  This company is a straight scam.  I have sent all documents & payments.  Always told my money is in Suspence??? I have actually completed 5 modifications according to paperwork & payments I have sent.

Why be a liar..Just fix my account.  I received a letter saying I was approved & money had been credited to my principal for making payments as scheduled for a year.  Then 2 days later received Escrow statement saying they are holding $2500 of my overage because my account is past due.  4 days after that I received a foreclosure letter saying I owed $5300 to be up to date.  

I have called and called, the phone goes dead and noone returns the call.  When they call it is from a blocked number and they have an automated voice to leave you a message.  I have been given conflicting information.  At one point I went to Real Estate Lawyer who called the company and they answered every question with full details.  I dont think that is fair when they have no problem cashing my checks.    My payment amounts change without notice, then when you call they tell you "OH We do apologize you SHOULD have received notice".   RUDE!!! Ready to use payments for a lawyer and see if I have a case.  Sad what this world has come to. When we will they be held accoutable for their actions?????
