Philadelphia Parking Authority Bureau of Administrative Adjudication, bogus tickets,constitutional violations,un-ethical law behavior,un-licensed hearing officers(attorney's license) philadelphia, Pennsylvania

recieved multiple tickets from 2006 till now.tryed calling since 2006-50 calls no answer till 2008. Had to call lady friend at city hall,she said only way is to call thru city hall mayors office switchboard. so I did-2006-5 calls for hearing form-said they would send never recieved, 2007-10 calls-never sent hearing form,2008-finally getting thru to receptionist at parking authority-said will mail out the form-called 5 times-no form.2008-called-said would send in mail-never recieved!! then-10-31-2008-friday-Philadelphia parking authority comes to my house boots my truck-I call ask why was I booted when I was in constant contact with the parking authority-and where was my form for hearing date!!! said I will be in on monday morning to file for hearing date.sent same to PPA email-customer.service@acs-inc.com(cia)(bakercapital.com-organized crime,financed by warren buffet-5-billion dollars>berksire-hathaway fund>goldman-sachs>asc-inc.com>5 million dollars>atsol.com(american traffic solutions inc.)>traffic.com>dotster.com (600 more shell companies) for profit. Then police cars go around the block for 8 hours every half hour(dont you think police should be out fighting crime?) and tow my truck that was legally parked at my house. Called my attorney says 2006 tickets are void after 2 years-(state senate voted).I had paid all the tickets that I was at fault for,except for the bogus tickets!

Your not supposed to pay if contesting your tickets(innocent till proven guilty )-wrong PPA says your supposed to pay first(even when appealing-just ask them!!)but funny part is they cancel your appeal and move date up-from-sept-29,2009(appeal) to sept.25,2009 then say they are not hearing old tickets you already payed!!!!!!yet hearing date recieved says hearing ALL ticket,including the old ones!!. I went to PPA-913 filbert street-5 times asking for APPEAL FORM,they stated there is no such form,6th time I stated was for my attorney they finally gave me the form,filled out and sent.Mean while city moved my court date twice!! and I moved date twice wife had cancer-at fox chase cancer center. I forgot to mention that they BOOTED my truck ILLEGALLY twice more!! even thought I put new tickets I recieved-bogus-on sept.29-2009 hearing date with confirmation number!!!, in all I payed over 1500.00 dollars in boot plus fines which I did not owe!!! still today this is un-resolved. A woman who works for Parking Authority-Sue Cornell, who's email I got from channel 3 news ,A Mrs.Sue Cornell says they will look into my tickets. There are more than 5000 complaints on internet about bogus tickets from philadelphia parking authority,but they seem to be removing the complaints posted on google some how,do you think ACS-INC.com has anything to do with this?
