Philadelphia Police Framed Innocent People! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Philadelphia police officers framed Eugene Gilyard and Lance Felder for the attempted robbery and fatal shooting of merchant Thomas Keal. Convicted killer Ricky Welborn confessed to killing Keal. There is also other significant evidence that proves Welborn is the culprit. Philly cops framed Gilyard and Felder anyway, intimidating witnesses into helping them. The cops preferred to pin the killing on two innocent men just to put feathers into their caps and fuel their unwarranted god complexes, while simultaneously allowing the real murderer (Welborn) to roam the streets and (literally) kill again.
