Philadelphia Police ripoff Original CAP Advised to do so by Police Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I did NOT want to file a CAP! But it was the advice from either the Sgt or Lt at the district. (I was just following orders)

And the officer himself told me to do it! Saying "it would be the BEST thing that could happen to him in his life"! This is the reason for "Lack of Service" (1996-1998)

In Detail State What Occurred

Above officer has harassed me and my children since Jan 28, 1996. He failed to take a complaint when in Jan 96, I was a victim of attempted strong arm robbery at Frankford Ave & Pratt st. He Laughed, I could have ID the one of the five males in the car. He only does his job for his friends. He never was my friend. He took advantage of me on June 22,1995 at 3:00pm, when he was told of problems I was having with neighbors and personal problems.

Above officer told friends (salesgirls) falsehoods about me, that led to a application for employment at payless shoe store (Bridge & Frankford) being refused. I was told by this officer and his C.O to STAY AWAY from him, which I have not broken.

The above officer has broken his own order on 8-26-96 at 1:56pm when he saw me in Corestates Bank. He then went to Thriftway Food Market within inches of me and my son. If this could be resolved at the 15th CO office do so. I want an apology from the officer. I fear this man!
