My husband and I rented a car for a week . When get got there we were surprised how crapy the place looked and there cars but since we dont have a credit card we didnt have many choices. We were told for the week with feeds and taxes it would be about 280 and that was fine. When we were filling out papers we had to put an additional deposit of 200. Oh and my husband was counting the money so I answered the guys ans was rudly interupted with " im talking to him, not you" so I went outside and on the way home sirting in this piece of sh*t car the cup holders fell off and center console came off.

No joke anyways the day it was due my husband called and asked if we could pay for 2 more days and the guy said yeah come in by 6 to fill out new paper. About an hour later a man calls from the rental place saying if we dont get the car there by 2 they wdre reporting it stolen. So haveing ti leave work. Rush dow n there we got there ib time returned the car with a full tan of gas and a fresh clean out, my husband gos in there and comes out saying we own 12 bucks and I ask weres the deposit and he tells me our total for 1 week.

For a sh*tty 2001 impula with broken turn signals falling apart center console it was $412.63. I was very upset we were cheated by those low life pot belly pigs that are so unbelievable they even put tape over the 1 on the milage so everyone doesnt see the car in about to hit 200, 000 miles. Oh and when I called to ask for a reason for being so expensive, I was told he doesnt need to speak with a 3rd party and to read the receipt ut breaks it down.

PLEASE NEVER RENT FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND RUDELY INSULTED. IF YOUR IN THE SAME SITUATION WITH NO CREDIT CARD PAY THE EXTRA FEE WITH A BIG NAME RENTAL ITS WORTH IT. YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE 50 CENTS FOR A PHONE CALL ON THIS PLACE. I TRULY WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE RESEARCH BEFOR RENTING A CAR. GOOD LUCK . AND F**K PHOENIX CAR RENTAL AND THE PIECES.
