Phoenix Labs RVTL sell anti aging cream that does not do anything and then they keep withdrawing money from your account and not send any other product. Palmdale California

They promote an anti aging cream for a low trial amount and then continue to withdrawal money from your credit card until you cancel it. They they claim to refund  if you return the prodct but they do not refund anything and they do not even send you product to return and say that is why they do not refund your money. They sell  under several names such as Phoenix labs and RVTL anti aging cream.they have charged me 5.95 for the trail product which they shipped and then two weeks later they charged 106.00 for another shipment I never received and then another 106.00 after three weeks and then they shipped a small container after I contacted then to cancel the account and requested a refund. They agreed to refund if product was returned with a 20% restocking charge upon return of product. I returned the trial product and the product shipped after canceling the account but I can not return something I did not recieve. They have many complaints online and I wish I had discovered them before doing business with them. They are crooks and should be run out of business and a class action suit filed against them. Please buy your cream from your local pharmacy and stay away from these criminals.
