Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions Rip Off Artists Phoenix Arizona

I bought a transmission from Phoenix Re-Trans. It took 3 weeks for the transmission to arrive and it isnt usable and it didnt have the torque converter that was supposed to come with it. I see they actually have quite a bit of poor feedback on eBay as well.

My situation looks like it will go legal because they refuse to refund my money and the so-called president will not return a phone call A big chicken.

I have reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General. The transmission has a crack in the tail housing and the bolt holes are ovaled out on top of not having the torque converter. The president will not return my wifes or my phone calls. He only sends emails and states absolutely no refunds. Exchange only. Why would someone consider an exchange when receiving a totally unusable item for $2345.00?

I imagine if I exchanged Phoenix Re-Trans would say my core is not rebuildable. But I know it is because Ive just had it rebuilt and put back in my car.
