I sent my fiance photos one time in December of 2017 using this service. Beginning in March of 2018 Pigeonly started randomly charging my credit card for services I never used and aren't even available in the state of Texas. I called and got refunded in June. Then July I got charged 4 different times again and 3 more times in August. Called again and told them to remove me from their system and got another refund. September...4 more charges. 3 more charges in October and 2 so far this month in November. This company is running credit balance scheme and using deceptive business practices.

Generic response to my actual issue

The issue isn't that I got a refund. The issue is you charge people for service they never use and then play polite and issue a refund only to bill again, several times, a couple of months later. Your service is basically a Ponzi scheme. I had to cancel my credit card cause you wouldn't remove me as a customer after repeated requests.

Pigeonly is a recurring billing subscription service similar to a Netflix or any other subscription based service you use. I think the confusion is that you are correlating when you use the service to when you should be billed and those to things are not the same. You have the freedom to use the service whenever you choose but billing happens according to the billing schedule. If you were billing multiple times in a month that is the result of overage charges when your usage exceeds the plan you are on.

The good news is our refund policy is simple so if there are any billing concerns or if you are unhappy with the service we ALWAYS (as was done in your case) grant a full refund no questions asked.
