My friend suggested I use the service even though I was very apprehensive and I guess I should have been.  I signed up and haven't even used the service when I saw a charge to my card.  I hadn't received a call yet so I called them.  No answer, so I googled this charge and there were quite a few complaints about this company.  The charge was made to many accounts and never refunded but added to your "wallet".  It is a disgrace that a loved one is being used as a pawn by companies like this.  We have never had a family member in this position before, but working as a legal representative I knew this was rampant.  I feel guilty about not speaking to my family member, but I will not be ripped off or abused.  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEM!!!!  Our loved ones may be serving "time" but we should NOT have to be the ones who pay for abusive companies trying to get rich off other peoples sorrows.  They made a mistake in taking money from me, I am huge advocate and they will rue the day they did this.  I can be the thorn in your side.

 You say fees?? Absolutely not! Suddenly there is this $2.99 charge. Nothing anywhere about a $2.99 fee/charge! So I google it and there it is! Pages of people complaining and stating you charged them this fee as well and NO ONE knew why!! Your customer service promised to give it back and you didn’t!! So don’t rebut because I’m tweeting and tweeting about the rip off and I will continue.
