SURE IT'S ONLY $2.99 BUT OVER TIME WOW! I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ERROR THE FIRST TIME BUT THIS CONTINUED TO HAPPEN AND I ADVISED I WOULD CONTACT THE CA ATTORNEY GENERAL.  The subject implies I was being untruthful. Pigeon has no shame. To suggest people need to send an email to have corrections made regarding "billing errors" shows they are driven by greed and have no intention of correcting their internal rip off system.

Ask yourself:

1. Why should people have to contact any criminal company to ask them to make a correction when all they need to do is conduct themselves honorably?

2. WHAT happens if people don't see the AUTOMATIC OVERCHARGES? Answer: Pigeon makes MILLIONS on unsuspecting families.

This alone should be looked at by ATTORNEY GENERALS from ALL 50 States. Pigeon insinuated I lied but I'm not on the Ripoff Report for stealing. I am retired and have plenty of time to stay on top of these criminals.

 Pigeon rebuttal is a lie and then they have the nerve to send a reply to the complaint I filed with the CA Attorney General saying I was being billed monthly according to services I signed up for when I PAID IN FULL ANNUALLY so there was no need to bill me one penny. ($2.99 MIGHT SEEM SMALL BUT IMAGINE THE MONEY THESE IDIOTS ARE MAKING FROM 20 COUNTRIES!!!!!)

I mean these idiots actually put that pathetic excuse unaware (apparently) the Attorney General would send Pigeon's response to me. What an insult! I would encourage everyone to contact their ATTORNEY GENERAL and put the heat on these criminals.

Yes, I got a refund after contacting the AG and filing a complaint with Wells Fargo but what about the aggravation and inconvenience of having to change my credit card to prevent these criminals from helping themselves to money from hardworking families???????

This company has also been taking money from my account, $2.99 3 times this month and additional  $7.99 this month, and when I contacted customer service they said I don't have an active account, well why are you taking my money if I have no active account?

To suggest we are a scam or that we "pretend" to provide services to inmates is not only untrue but a clear attempt to undermine our credibility. We have been in business for over five years and have thousands of happy customers.

Based on the info you provided I am unable to determine the validity of your claim but the good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly all we need you to do is email us at support@pigeon.ly Iso we can send your information to the appropriate department and they will correct the issue and refund the charges right away.
