my husband is in his 80s and has Parkinson's.

Pimsleur contacted him through the phone and did the whole deal through the phone...of course my husband got duped easily due to his disease.

i was not aware of it until i saw months after months of charges on my amex card.

no need to say that tomorrow i'm going to chew their behind and ask for a full refund; they'll get back their lousy tapes, at $272 per tape we have better things to do with our money!
