Pinnacle Security Sales gimmick...false information...fraud Orem Utah

About a month or so, a sales person from Pinnacle Security knocked on my parent's door and told them that their existing Alarm co. had gone out of business and that the company was sold to Pinnacle.  The man proceeded to tell my parents that they needed to sign up with a new contract and he would install updated equipment for them.  Problem #1 - my parents are Senior Citizens...Problem #2 English is their second language.  My parents were duped in signing up for this contract ...later to find out that their initial alarm company was never out of business nor were they sold to Pinnacle!  Now Pinnacle refuses to cancel the contract but is willing to offer a credit of 3 mos!!!  So ...now my parents have two alarm companies...two contracts & money being taken out of their checking account from both companies!  I will be filing a BBB complaint and taking this further with local newspapers and tv stations.  How is it possible that an organization will use these sales tactics to lie to customers that know no better.  I'm posting this so everyone can be warned of their false sales pitch!!!!  Shame on you Pinnacle.  This will not be the last you hear from me.
