Pioneer Credit Recovery Inc. They said I owe over 6,000 in student debt. The last time I checked the balance it was only 1,500. They plan to take all of my taxes and I'm pissed off about it. Arcade New York

I called to check on my federal refund status and it says my refund maybe reduced for a few reasons. I called the numbers given, it says for department of education in the amount of over 6,000. The last time I talked to someone about it the amount was only 1,500. They plan to take all my taxes and I really need that money. When I tried to talk to someoone about helping me with the debt they always told me the balance was too low, it had to be over 5,000. I dont understand how it went from 1,500 to 6,000. Im very upset behind this and its not fair. How can they do that with no type of notice to me.
