I had to lower my allotment to Pioneer due to financial hardships to include being geographically separated from my wife and child and supporting them 100% financially and I am in the rating phase of the medical evaluation board process pending medical retirement for service connected disabilities related to combat. I contacted pioneer to let them know my change in status and I requested the paperwork for the loan forgiveness insurance I had purchased with the loan. This was in April 2012 and since then I have received numerous threatening emails, phone calls to my family, overdrafts to my bank account, emails with erroneous statements, and now calls to where I used to work.

I have yet to receive the insurance information and I am still paying them $200 per month by allotment. I have sent emails to have them stop calling me and only correspond via email or us mail and have been ignored. They have left brief voicemails and can't even get my rank right. I have tried to work with them and have stated my situation many times yet, the harrasment continues. I have never had so many problems with a business before and strongly recommend that this company be black listed from doing business until they can follow through helping medically separating Service Members instead of continuing to threaten and harass them in times of crisis.
