If you purchase garage door from Pioneer they will quote Premium garage doors and install Economy grade doors.  If you decide to puchase doors from them, make Pioneer put the manufacturer model and part number on your quote!  On my quote I asked the sales rep to install similar garage doors to the ones I had installed "commercial grade" doors on my garage.  

They quoted Premium grade residential doors for on my ag-barn.  Industry standard "premium residential" garage doors are steel on steel insulated panels.  Pioneer "Premium residential" garage doors are steel only on the outside.  This bait and switch added another $3,500.00 to the Pioneer profits.  Pioneer offered to give me free gutters to shut my mouth!

Dear Sir:

 

I have had the exact same situation happen to me.  I have been in litigation as a Pro Se litigant for over 2 years now.  They believed that their attorney could bully me and I would blow it off.  I have been fighting them and I thank you for stepping forward showing that they really do do business in this manner.
