Pioneer Pole buildings Shady work on metal roof schuykill haven pa pennsylvania

 I hired Pioneer pole buildinge to install a metal roof over my existing shingle roof.Floyd camr out gave me a estimate and I gave them the go ahead.I have 3 skylights on the roof and had concern,however I was reassured that they do these all the time and there would be no proplem.The crew arrived in a timely fashion along with heavy equipment due to the height of the job.All said and done in 3 days our roof was done and it looks great.Okay,they dented a gutter in front with the equip. but didnt make a big deal about it.About a week later we had a rain storm and sure enough I have water coming in from my skylights and also an unknown area.Called Floyd ,he came out did a repair and said alls good.The following week another rain,now the water on the rear porch is missing the gutter and going behind it,figure I could just cault it and not be a issue.As im out back my wife calls me in and sure enough the roof is leaking again.Shannon comes out promptly saye the guys forgot to caulk the Lav. vent pipe and said the skylights were now repaired.Well the ceilings were stained,we figured we could cover it ourself,but they still look bad.Okay now winter has come and gone and all the icebreakers on the rear roof are off.Called Floyd again,2 weeks later and he says the boss(bob)says call youre homeowners,they came off because we had such a bad winter.One would think living in NEPA that it does snow,and icebreakers are there for that reason.I am very disapointed in Pioneer and sorry I recommended them to a friend,they had issues too.I will post this and see if I get a responce,If not I will post my experence with the pole bldg. they put up in 2009.SHAME ON YOU BOB!!!
