Pipeline Data Took $150 out of my account without notifying me No service was rendered Quincy Massachusetts

Hi there i signed up pipeline data in july of 08 and would pay them 44.83 for their services every month regardless if i do business or not anyway or the 18th of december 2008 they charged my statement $150.00 + $25.00 on the top of 44.82 i called and asked why you guys did this they said ..they had notified me of this charge that this thing was coming ....that are gonna charge me 150 extra for this month

i said i didn''t see any notification the rude guy with their customer service simply said he is not responsible if i received the notification or not but they sent it , i told sir but still i am not agreeing with the charge because no services were given to me for that extra charge ...why ? i finally told him that i wanted to cancel your services and he''s like ok he transferred me to the cancellation department

well they put me on hold no one answered the call i called again still no one answered my call to cancel ...i called again still no luck But every time i ask for the sales department someone answers in like 2 seconds ,and would even ask them to transfer me to the cancellation they would but still no answer ...so Drear Ma''am ,Sir i am stuck with them i am definitely calling my bank to revers the payment and i know the next thing they would do is send me to a collection company ....WHY never did do any services for me

i believe companies like these are ruining our Country ....+ they are the real enemy of the US because i know its not just me there is many and many more of us going through same thing ,i am gonna call my bank to reverse the payment they are gonna file a complaint against the company ,this company is gonna ask me to pay i ''ll not pay ,they ''ll send me to the collections ruin my credit like many others..

now people like me are unable to purchase a home ,in a way everyone of us is affected by this mess ...this or any company should never should never charge anyone any extra amount where there was no services were given to the consumer and they believe they charge because of that stupid notice ....HELLO? we are not signing that notice and do not believe we are responsible for any extra charge,its something that your company came up with not us consumers.thanks i would like my REFUND CASH
