Plymouth Direct I was double charge. I asked to have 2 bottles and the double shipping charge remove but they did not listen. I feel this company is a scam. They have poor customer service. Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania

I was double charged and shipping charges (4 times) after requesting a cancellation of 2 bottles of fast brite. I only need and want 2 bottles. I should have researched to find out this companies business practices. I will in the future. Please do not buy from Plymouth Direct or use Fast Brite or any of their other products.

Plymouth Direct // Beactive I ordered the Be active brace on Sept 19,2014 and allowed the recommended time of 2-3 weeks for delivery. I did not recv the merchandise. I then called the customer service number for Plymouth Direct on Oct 20,2014 and was told that my order is placed on back order for 3 more weeks. I then requested to cancel.
