Plymouth Direct I ordered the Be Active Brace on Sept 3, 2014 and have not received anything since.  Nationwide

They called me and said it would be here any day about 2 wks ago and still nothing. No luck at all trying to talk to anyone on the phone. I tried time and time again no luck. I paid $38.04 and they said if I don't call and cancel within 2 weeks they will bill me another 14.95 every month for some membership. I don't want the membership but nobody to contact to cancel it. I am very angry because I really needed that brace. What can I do ??? It was advertised on TV.

I ordered BE ACTIVE BRACE from a TV add. It was advertised for a long time. Since I have Scadica I was hopeing to get that brace to help with the pain I am haveing every day. The add was very convincing.

So I ordered it. It never came. I called so many times to never get to talk to anyone. Two weeks ago they called me and said that the brace will be here any day, but it never came. They charged me $38.04 and said that I will be charged another 14.95 for a membership fee in two weeks. I can call and cancel it with in 2 weeks, but I never got my brace and the information to cancel the brace. This is such a RIPOFF.They came from the Plymouth Direct Company. Don't ever order anything from them .!!!!
