PNC BANK THEY'RE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF MONEY WHICH IS MINE. EAST WINDSOR, New Jersey

feb.17th is when this whole issue started. inever received items from a website, and i contacted pnc bank. they said no problem - they'd send some papers for me to sign.

april i still didn't receive the papers. i called the bank. i did write them a letter with all the information they needed in regards to the issue so they could investigate the website so they could get the money.

may they finally send me the affidavit. i filled it out, and mailed it, with another letter to it explaining everything in better detail so they could investigate it.

to this day, pnc bank says i owe them the money. it's not my fault they never investigated the issue. i refuse to pay for itmes i never received. the bank did give me the money that was ripped off me - but they're supposed to. i did everything i was suppose to do so they could get their money back from that company.

i don't intend to take them to court - i just want other consumers to know that pnc bank aren't trustworthy to do business with. i've banked with them for 12 years with no problems. this is the first problem - and this is how i was treated.
