This isn't the only bank. But this one takes the cake. I was supposed to get a credit back from a OD that came overnight. Yet, I guess I was supposed to get up at 2am 4am in the morning to pay for it. To me that is BS. My problem is that after I the bank was kind of enough to given back 31.00 back. It took more than 1-2 business days. The same day I got it. supposedly cleared. They recharged me the 31.00 OD fee back by 14.00 more dollars afterwards. That is a rip off. How can they do that.

The thing is I used to a prior customer. Yet, I left ed PNC bank for a number of reasons. Don't know why I thought it would be different again. Whatever you do don't use this bank. OD fees, customer service is horrible, management  isn't any better, just a plain joke and rip off for a bank. Sorry with all this government hand outs to these bank and all. They still are ripping off people. GRRRRRR!!! Don't use this bank. Not unless you have alot of money to pay OD fees.

Okay I have ideas of what you are trying to say.  Also what you are trying to avoid saying, which is probably more important.  But since there is a lack of detail it is hard to know for sure.  So perhaps some detail as to how you got into this situation would help.  In addition a couple of other questions.

Yet, I guess I was supposed to get up at 2am 4am in the morning to pay for it.

- What do you mean by this?

The thing is I used to a prior customer. Yet, I left ed PNC bank for a number of reasons. Don't know why I thought it would be different again.

- One of those reasons must have been Overdraft fees or you wouldn't have said you would have thought they would be "different".  This also leads to why you returned to them, perhaps you had the same problem at other bank(s).
