PNY TECHNOLOGIES, INC PNY DENIED ACTION FOR BROKEN ITEM Parsippany NEW JERSEY

I sent an email to the corporate office through their web site requesting some consideration for a broken case of a flashhdrive. I had purchased it on eBay. The reply was that their warranty only covers certain sellers.

It was my impression that a company would cover a product that they manufactured wherever purchased. When I bought the flashdrive there was no access to the PNY  website to reference this little ditty that allows PNY to escape responsibility. When I compared the item to Patriot or other flashdrives, the shell casing was brittle and more liable to crack. I will forever avoid PNY products.
