I ordered a Bianchi M13 chest harness from Police Supplies Online aka dtdistributors. The quoted price was $48.94 including the M13 and shipping. I recieved a confirmation e-mail that verified the price and the order.
My account was charged $50.55 and I never got the merchandise. I exchanged e-mail with Kreshia Thompson at their customer service dept and she told me that my money won't be refunded until the cancellation is verified. That was on 10-24. On 11-1 she e-mailed that the cancellation took place and the money was refunded.
The cancellation undoubtedly took place because I never did get the chest harness. I never got the refund either. Police Supply Online in effect stole $50.55 from me. Steer clear of them. They are a dishonest bunch of thieves!
