Pooldeals Wish I had read these first! ripoff Niagara Falls New York

Boy do I wish I had read all these before ordering.
It seems like everyone's complaints are the same.
We too ordered a pool liner through this company.
Expected 2-3 day shipping and 2 weeks later, after
2 complaints online (since there is no phone # listed)
surprise, surprise our liner arrived. (sounds like we are lucky we even got our order)

Trouble is...it's not what we ordered!

We ordered a heavy duty 25 gauge, and got a 20 gauge
instead. Funny thing is they charged us for the 25 gauge.

Good luck getting someone to talk to us.
Called our credit card company and complained.
We will file a dispute against the company if we have
no luck contacting someone!

Do not use this company if you want good service. It won't happen!
