On February 2016 I have signed up with drop catching domain names company Pool.com.
I have registered in their website and straight after theres a message saying that I had to pay a pre-authorisation of USD$ 60 just to prevent frauds. There was also a line stating that this value would be returned to customer if Pool.com would not managed to catch the name I wanted.
Well Pool.com didnt catch the domain I wanted and instead of giving me back my USD$60 kept then in their account.
Since February I have been sending emails to their email and just got a reply for my fisrt email where ane person called Mike told me that my money was in the way to my credit card.
Some months have already passed and no sign of my money that Pool.com stole from me.
My Bank and my credit card company said that USD$60 was not a pre-authorization charge but was a straight payment.
Since February I have sent emails to Pool.com and to his CEO and simply NO REPLY.
This is a Fraudulent company that should be banned from the Internet!
BE aware ofthis company and stay away from it!!!
