I was set up on a payment plan a year ago and have made my payments on time everymonth. I called to get my balance that is still owed and they informed me that a judgement was entered in December 2014 for almost double the amount that is owed. I received no notice or court documents about this. Portfolio recovery customer services reps are rude and are not willing to help when you call in. They should realize that they get more with being nice than being rude.
