Portfolio Recovery Collection Agency, they were told this was an ID theft. There are 6 accounts, open same day in 2010, man was tried and went to jail for theft. He was caught after 2 years, all were motified by email and us mail. Portfolio Recovery keep reporting it on her credit . We will file with all Government agencies including US Attorney. These people should be in jail the way they do many people.This was a GE Money account at Home Depot for $2410.I will post up dates on this as we are going after these crooks. Nationwide

Portfolio Recovery, what a bunch of crooks, truth or the fact a person is a victum of a scam means nothing, they are out to ruin a persons credit or you pay black mail. I reported to them and others about the ID theft, they still report it to the credit bureau, an employee who got the mail each day opened up the accounts (6) of them, he got the statements when he obtained the mail for us, so we unaware of the accounts untill he was fired, that's when we found out about them and closed the accounts, call the police and put him in jail. This Portfolio keep reporting to credit bureau, they have been notified several time, I told one of their employees we were going to take actiion, he said take it. Ok, he ask for it. We are filing with all government agenies, They are doing this across state line, that changes the laws a lot, they will learn.
