Posterpass.com without my knowledge i was signed into a membership that involved me receiving packages every other day. after canceling that membership i received 2 additional packages. Internet

i placed an order for 4 posters through posterpass.com. instead of receiving these posters i instead got a box of about 6 posters and multiple coffee mugs. in the days that followed i received 4 additional boxes. i called the company and i was told that i had joined some bogus membership when i placed my order. during this conversation i canceled this "membership" and went to the post office and sent back the boxes. during the next week i received an additional 2 boxes that i also sent back. in total i was sent 7 boxes and charged $39.80 for each of these. i was assured twice on the phone that i would receive my money. since then the site has been discontinued and there is a simple money return sheet. i have filled out this form atleast twice. i still have not received my money. i want my money back. if you could be of any help i would be grateful. my cell # is (((REDACTED))). feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.
