Power Tax Relief Empty promises, call backs that NEVER happen, false hope, total scam Los Angeles California

Well where even to start? First of all a word to everyone out there planning on using this company DON'T....contact the IRS they will help you figure out a plan to get out of tax debt they really aren't as scary as you all think.

I contacted Power Tax relief in June of 2006 after faxing back mounds of paperwork and many many phone calls to them, and all of the worry, here we are in 2008 with nothing settled, and believe me it is not because of lack of effort on my behalf. I have records of all phone calls to them and records of the phone calls from them which aren't very many, the only time they have called me is to tell me to send more money it will take more work, then they are quick to call me back. I have records of ALL corr.

So I have done what everyone of us should do, I have called the IRS worked out a plan with them and followed their advise. I can't even get a call back to tell them we are through with this nonsense, I want ALL of the money back that I have given them, I paid them to do a job that they have NEVER done!!! At any rate per advise I have contacted a lawyer who is happy to take the case. As well as the BBB.

Oh and I believe the only one that works there is the receptionist, that is the only one you will ever get to talk to. Kay Tse will never return your phone calls, that guy who you talked to first, can't find him as well as everyone in between. This is a complete waste of your time and your money.
