Power Tax Relief - Kay Tse Manager, Legal / Resolutions Dept Power Tax Relief did nothing but stall Los Angeles, California

I started out very scared on how much I owed with the IRS. I wanted help, I have always relied on HR Block for tax preparation and I have never had an issue with HR. Until I moved out of state, in March of 2008. I had used 401k money to make the move and live near my grandchildren. I asked for taxes and penalty to be taken out of our former employers. Not enough for the IRS. I owed to the Feds and State of California for 2007. Almost 50K and very worried.

Fearing the worst, I saw the advertisement on TV Fox news about their help to individuals, visited Power Tax Relief website and bought into the scam. I was re-assured by the specialist George Schultz taking my information, and reassured every step was secure, discrete, but would take some time because of the complex nature of dealing with the IRS. Months went by, and we called for status the specialist no longer worked there. I was very concerned about lack of contact, was told someone would call back and I spoke to Julie Yang after repeated calls. I told her about my current issues, got hurt on the job, which was a temp job, and didn't know if I would be hired back. Again asked to send more documents. A couple of more calls and I felt some progress was being made on my behalf. I did get back my position, but got laid off in January of 2009.

Concerned the 2008 taxes were going to be an issue, multiple states, I called and again no response by email or phone. Finally, I was told by Power Tax Relief, Kay Tse would now take over my case. Played phone tag providing information and trying to get a status and why no phone calls if I was getting IRS letters to place liens on us.

In addition, and over the phone hearing conference call was needed, set by the IRS agent on the letter. Again I was assured by Kay the paperwork needed to done for 2008 tax year and I sent all the requested information. Kay said, Power Tax Relief would be on the call for me. I did not need to be.

A few weeks went by, no letter or call how the hearing went. I called, left emails, and no response. I found this to be very frightening. What happened, what was said, when and where, how much, what else must we do. Its now 14 months since we contacted Power Tax Relief. Anoth letter from the IRS told me 30 more days to petition the court, and then they will go intrusive, liens.In the letter, no one from Power Tax Relief called to the appointed time and date for the hearing.

I called Kay and was not available, etc. I emailed Kay Tse about the letter and and she has not responded, I then sent the last email advising, if no call back, I will be requesting my $5500 invested into Power Tax Relief. I didn't want to believe my wife, my mistake and I Gooled for issues about PTR.

I actually believed Kay was on the level until I read about the same issues with other people. All of us who have been hurt, demand justice. Take them down and refund us what we are owed and penalize Power Tax Relief. Fraud cannot be tolerated on the innocent, we all try to do good, pay our dues and seek help. These people prey on us.
