Premier Credit Help / George Bosy Takes your money and does absolutely nothing with it San Juan Capistrano California

George was refered to me by Dawn McCraw of GoClean Credit.  George required $4000 up front to expunge 2 short sales from my credit report and said the process can take up to 6 months.  Every so often I would reach out to George to see how it's going and I would get answers back such as "in discussion with the bank", "arbitration schedule", "going well" and so on but never any specifics other than things are proceeding as they should.  This went on for about 5 months and when I reached out again to George I could not have been more excited as on April 21, 2015 he told me that we won in arbitration and the bank was covering all the legal fees and it should be resolved by the end of the month!  This was awesome...or at least I thought!!

From that last email on 4/21, I never heard from George again.  I called countless times, sent numerous emails with never a response.  I called Dawn from GoClean who referred me to George and she said she had not heard from him.  After about 6 weeks of getting now where, I was given a lawyers that supposedly George had done business with, Rocky Ortega up in San Jose area, so I found a number for him and gave him a call and explained my story.  Rocky said he knew George, wasn't doing any business with him at the time and knew nothing about my case, but kindly offered to call George and let him know I was trying to get ahold of him.  Much to my surprise Rocky called me back within about 10 minutes and said he just spoke with George and that George would call me over the next couple of days.  WHAT?!?!  Okay, not sure exactly what is going on here but I'm sure you could guess, George never called me back.  I called back Rocky and asked if he could at least verify the phone number I had was the same and at that point he said he didn't want to be involved and would not give me any information.  Thanks Rocky, thanks for doing the right thing, how do people like this look at themselves in the mirror?!?!

As I live a little over an hour away from George's office, I decided to make the drive down there and no surprise, there was an eviction notice taped to the door and a mound of unopened letters sitting inside the door as nobody had been there for some time.

Per the contract with George, I filed a claim through arbitration and again, no suprise George is MIA and did not respond to any of the request for information.

At this point I am going to the police to see if there is anything they can do.  Obviously this was a total scam and dispite my best efforts of checking this guy out, he got me.
