Mr. George Bosy was recommended by Victor Millington at Academy Mortgage, 17105 N.Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85255, Phone 480-246-3688 as the person who could remove the short sale from our credit report.
We contacted Mr. Bosy and send him tons of information related to the short sale. After a few days he said that he could have it taken care of in 3 months.
We sent him a check for $2,000 with another $2,000 due when he completed the removal of the short sale from our credit reports.
Mr. Millington called Mr. Bosy several times and was assured that the work would be completed within a few days. Mr. Bosy stopped taking Mr. Millington's calls.
I sent a certified letter to Mr. Bosy and it was returned unclaimed. Attempts to contact Mr. Bosy have been to no avail and nothing has been done on our credit restoration.
