Premier Holiday Travel Club Lied and Decieved us changed prices don't honor the contract Advance North Carolina

I bought a package program in Cozumel on Feb 3 2004.We haven't used the services at all.The book they gave us was no good along with the 5 year deal to get rooms in Cozumel for $45 a night.Then we had to pay $395 one time to help pay for the computer updates.We are both on disability and can't travel.I tried to cancell in September 07.We have been put off and told we had a 30 year contract.But theres no 30 year figure on our contract.I have tried to cancell several times.We called the BBB in Miami on Teresa Reeder who we send our dues to.Also I called the Federal Trade Commisson.They said they need more than my complaint to get a pattern of fraud.So more people need to contact them.They have a toll free number.All I want is to cancel and be done with them.
