Premier Holiday Travel Club Prices not per contract, cannot cancel, do not meet obligations of first class accomodations as promised Miami Florida

We purchased this vacation package for $2500 about 5 years ago in Cancun, Mexico. We were promised $67/night rooms in First Class accomodations around the world for life. The cost for the nicer places are way above this contract price and more money than we can book on our own. Several times they told us they do not have anything available in the time period we wanted to go.

We paid for it, we should be able to use it any time we like. We used it twice and found it cheaper to book on our own. We attempted to cancel our membership, but was told the Board of Directors has denied our request. They are charging $180 maintenance fees per year. What maintenance, the hotels pay for their own maintenance.

Please help us terminate this contract, it is a ripoff and fraudulent and they shouldn't be allowed to mislead innocent vacationers this way.
