Premier Holiday Travel Club is a joke. Cancun Mexico

After reading a lot of these posts I could not agree more with everybody Premier Holiday is a Scam!! My wife and I bought ours in the Bahama's about 3 or 4 years ago. We went through the whole deal we went into a big room with lots of other people they had music going they had food and drinks just like a big party.

So like fools we went a head a bought a package. So now 4 years later we have yet been able to use it. We paid all the maint fees and all the other fees they like to spring on you. But the funny thing is when you try to call and make a reservation you can NEVER talk to anybody you get a message in Spanish then it disconnects. You try there email and it wont go through.

We received our letter from them yesterday wanting there maint fees...which they will not get but the funny thing is the due date was 1/31/08 and it was posted marked 6/5/8. So I called Teresa Reeder and talked to her I asked why am I just now receiving this her response was we have sent many which in fact they did not. I told her that we wanted to cancel and we wanted our money back she said that we had to send a certified letter saying why...I'm sure you all know that story.

Best part is she said that she would waive all late fees if I paid now I very nicely told her that there was no way in hell I was going to pay them another dime...I told I her I WILL NOT pay for a product that I can't use. Her response was well then you can deal with our collection people which we all know is Monterey Collections...aren't they a treat. But that's a whole other story. Bottom line is this company is stealing. If anybody has any ideas on what to do about please let us know.
