Premieretrade Refund Received after a 4 month wait, Hardly timely, ripoff Altamonte Florida

I feel that it is appropriate to respond to this post again even though this is a duplicate of another thread. As we have mentioned many times before we do honor all of our refunds as you can see from my responses here on this site. We are disappointed that this refund was not handled in the timely manner that you were expecting, and as a rapidly growing company we strive to improve our processes any time we do not meet any expectation of one of our customers. We welcome input from our customers on how we can improve the products and services that we offer. In fact it is the input from our customers that helps us shape the PremiereTrade AI software as well as our Education and Training programs to best meet their needs.

As for Wizetrade once again I will say that we are not affiliated with them in any way, nor is there any common ownership and/or same share holders. I am not sure what number you keep dialing, but it is not ours. I hope this helps answer your concerns.
