PremiereTrade ripoff - No refund for software Altamonte Springs Florida

Robert, I must take exception to the comments that you have made regarding the use of the PremiereTrade AI software. I am not going to make specific references to the trades that you placed, but here's what I heard in your statement. First, you were attempting to advertise another product "I strongly suggest you to use ---- which PremiereTrade Forex do not have. It is much less risk and will not be responsible for the price fluctuations." Right there you lose credibility, but more importantly you never used our software. If you had used our software you never would have said this, "For example, when I heard the news that the US dollars plundge, so I buy other foreign currency against US dollars. Then it was so odd to see the price fluctuation of US dollars showed a very strong against the foreign currency. It troubled me because I heard the news says the US dollars plunge. So I lost the money because of confused. I have no clue of why Forex made the US dollars goes strong while the news says US dollars plundge??? Then it went weak while I missed, then I put money in later in the time, and still lose because it went strong at the moment... Timing is the key!"
You see if you had used the software you would not have been placing trades based on nothing but your guess. You don't need ANY kind of software if you plan on guessing. Our software uses charting to find trends so that we can follow them, it is not based on guessing or feelings. That's why we have software, because sometimes markets don't do what you think they should based on fundamentals, instead they follow the technical indicators on our charts.
Next, you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT when you say "You must give alot of time to do the forex investment. It require alot of pay attention and keep up with alot of Forex news & information before invest anything." Trading requires education and training to become successful, we have never claimed that it was some get rich quick program. We explain that trading using our system is easier than attempting to learn how to trade on your own. You lost money for the simple reason that you were not properly prepared to trade. You guessed and you gambled, and the result of gambling in the market is losing money. Finally, we did not refund your purchase because you were well beyond the refund period. We certainly want all who purchase to be happy, but once you move beyond the very significant trial period there are no refunds. Since you are an owner of the PremiereTrade software, It's not too late for you to learn how to trade properly. Please feel free to call me and I will help you learn, but if you intend to trade on your guesses or feelings then you will not find success.... The choice is up to you... Take good care....
